At Skolite, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested for our products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. SaaS Product Refund

15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase Skolite as a Software as a Service (SaaS) product, you are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date.

Conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Access to the SaaS platform will be revoked upon refund approval

2. Downloadable Product Refund

For downloadable versions of Skolite, the following refund policy applies:

Before Download

If you have purchased the downloadable product but have not downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After Download

Once the product has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued. By downloading the product, you acknowledge that you have received the digital goods and waive your right to a refund.

Important Notes:

  • We track all download activities for verification purposes
  • Partial downloads are considered as full downloads
  • This policy helps us protect our digital intellectual property

3. Customization Services Refund

If you have paid for customization services, the following refund terms apply:

Before Customization Starts

If the customization work has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of making the payment.

After Customization Starts

If the customization work has already started, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis. The amount refunded will be calculated by deducting the cost of work already completed.

Refund Calculation:

  • We will assess the work completed up to the refund request date
  • The refund amount = Total payment - (Percentage of work completed × Total payment)
  • You will receive a detailed breakdown of work completed and charges applied
  • Any completed work will remain the property of Skolite unless otherwise agreed

Examples:

Example 1: If you paid $1,000 for customization and 30% of the work is completed, you will receive a refund of $700 ($1,000 - $300).

Example 2: If the work has not started within 7 days and you request a refund, you will receive a full $1,000 refund.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name and email address used for purchase
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Product or service type (SaaS, Downloadable, or Customization)
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Date of purchase
  3. Wait for our response: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Refund processing: If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable products that have been downloaded
  • Services or products purchased more than the specified refund period ago
  • Third-party services or integrations purchased through our platform
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)
  • Training or consultation services already delivered

6. Payment Method & Processing Time

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances may include:

  • Technical issues that prevented proper use of the product
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Products or services not delivered as described
